We have tested this computer for functionality and did not find any issues with it, it operates as intended. Return for a refund or replacement within 30 days. Buyer pays for Return Shipping (unless item came not as described). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, it will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for refund, your item must be in the same physical condition that you received it.

You are covered under our 90-day warranty period, if you received an item not as described, or it started to encounter any hardware issue. If that is the case please contact within 90-days for exchange, repair or a refund. Please note, most software related issues do not fall under 90-days guarantee.

All Refunds will be processed through the original payment option that was used at the checkout. 20% Restocking fee will apply only on NEW items if opened or used.
