CONDITION:

We have Replaced the SSD in this computer and Installed a Fresh copy of Windows 10. We have tested this computer for functionality and did not find any issues with it, it operates as intended. Cosmetically, the computer is in good shape, There are some scratches and scuffs on it from normal wear. There is some plastic slits broken on the fan exhaust on the left side of the laptop, this does not affect the cooling or performance of the laptop. Check pictures for more details.

Warranty & Return Policy

This item is covered by E-Waste Gurus’ Standard Return Policy.

Return for a refund or replacement within 30 days. Buyer pays for Return Shipping (unless item came not as described). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, it will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for refund, your item must be in the same physical condition that you received it.

You are covered under our 90-day warranty period, if you received an item not as described, or it started to encounter any hardware issue. If that is the case please contact within 90-days for exchange, repair or a refund. Please note, most software related issues do not fall under 90-days guarantee.

All Refunds will be processed through the original payment option that was used at the checkout. 20% Restocking fee will apply only on NEW items if opened or used.
